We are only shipping within the United States and to Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All items ship Canada Post and include a tracking number, which is emailed after an order placed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipment. We are not responsible for delays resulting from the post.

non-deliverable packages
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because it has been sent to a non-deliverable address, the customer is responsible for re-paying shipment.

shipping a gift
If the purchase is sent as a gift that is mailed directly to the participant and you would like to include a note, please reply to your order confirmation with the message you want included.
RETURN POLICY
returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return any part of your order within 30 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. It must also be packed the same way in which it was sent to prevent damages during delivery.

No refunds will be issued for sale items.

To begin a return, please email me and provide your order number.

shipping returns & refunds
Customers are responsible for shipment payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the purchase payment. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of shipment arrival and inspection.

late or missing refunds
If you haven't yet received a refund, first double check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted. If it has been more than two weeks from receiving your return, please contact me.

exchanges & damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email me and attach photo of the damage so that we can send a claim to Canada Post. For soap, I will ship a free replacement of the same damaged item(s) and waive the second shipping charge. For journals, please email me to select your replacement, as each piece is one of a kind. If the replacement is not of equal value, the difference will be refunded if the replacement is of lower value or charged (if the replacement is of higher value than the damaged item. No exchanged will be made for reasons such as the customer would like a different item.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Paypal and debit / credit cards at checkout. Orders are safely and securely processed through Wix. If you have any problems checking out, please contact me and I will get back with you as soon as possible.
